“Unity in diversity” or “Oneness in the varieties”.  These concept is mainly said about India. But as per my opinion, the best example for this concept is a family.   Each and every member of the family will have different taste, likes , dislikes etc in and each and every matter.  but instead of all these varieties they live together with unity…. That is family. You may be wondering why such an intro in recipe blog… Mine and my hubby’s tastes are  entirely different when it comes to food.  To most of the dishes I like, he turned his face away..   One example I would tell is Pickle. I like lemon pickle and don’t prefer mango and gooseberry much. But he lilke the later very much and tell No to Lemon. So this time I am going to prepare kadukamanga achar/Mango pickle which is very easy to prepare but tasty too… Kadumanga achar /Instant mango pickle is a traditional kerala style of preparation. Kerala spicy BDF / Spicy Beef Dry Fry

Image
Some dishes can be prepared only by an experienced chef .. This was my attitude but later I realized that If there is passion for cooking, nothing is a rocket Science. Once my hubby brought  BDF at home and he challenged me whether I can prepare Beef Dry Fry.  I took the challenge and researched for recipe and prepared, But he commented “Not up to level👎 ” If I wish to prepare the same dish again, I need to check for those recipes which I tried last time. It require too much ingredients and colours which we dont use in our regular dishes. As per my opinion, dishes need to be healthy other than being attractive.   So I thought it is better to prepare a simple BDF. So, Let’s go for a try. Ingredients. Meat – 1 kg Chilly – 6 Nos Ginger – 3 inch Garlic – 12 cloves Small Onions - 10 Nos Salt – to taste Garam Masala – 1 tsp Chilly powder – 1 tsp Pepper Powder  - 1 tsp Turmerci Powder – ½ tsp Vinegar – 2 tsp
